These terms describe use of the WD Digital Studio website and the digital products linked from it. Product-specific checkout terms also apply to purchases made on the marketplace shown on the product page.

Website and digital products

The site presents digital planners, notebooks, journals, templates, and printables. Products are digital files; no physical item is shipped. Format, included files, price, and delivery information are shown on the product page and checkout page. Product availability and descriptions may change.

Purchases, downloads, and refunds

Checkout and download delivery are handled by the third-party marketplace linked from a product page, currently Gumroad for the listed purchase links. The marketplace processes payment and applies its checkout terms. We do not collect card details on this site. Review the product listing and marketplace terms before purchasing. This site does not promise a universal refund or cancellation policy; direct purchase questions to the marketplace and refer to its current policy.

Product license and intellectual property

Unless a product listing states different license terms, a purchase permits personal use by the purchaser. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork, product files, brand, text, or layouts. Do not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or claim the files as your own, or use them to make a competing downloadable product. Any broader individual-business use must be expressly stated on the product listing.

Accounts, mailing list, and tickets

WD Studio does not provide a general customer account or paid subscription plan on this website. Purchases use the marketplace account, if any, provided by that marketplace. Email updates are a mailing-list feature, not a paid subscription or product entitlement. The signup form is currently unavailable and does not submit or store email addresses.

The support ticket feature uses a guest sign-in to associate tickets with the current browser profile. Clearing browser data or changing browsers may remove access to that guest session. Ticket access is restricted to the ticket owner and active administrators. The service does not enforce ticket-count or reply-count quotas or use server-verified timestamps or server-side audit records. A ticket and its first message are saved separately, so one may be saved without the other; replies and ticket summaries are updated together. Do not include payment card numbers, passwords, authentication codes, or other secrets in a ticket.

WD Studio Assistant

The on-page Assistant currently uses a local scripted response flow to help navigate public products and support options. It is not a human adviser and does not provide professional, legal, financial, or technical guarantees. Assistant chat text remains in the page session; when you choose to submit a support ticket, the ticket form and its messages are sent to WD Studio's support database.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, bypass ticket or service limits, submit abusive or unlawful material, send spam, or misuse product files or support channels. We may restrict access to protect users, the site, and its services.

Availability and changes

The site and downloads depend in part on third-party hosting, marketplace, and network services. They may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every file will work with every device or software version.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, WD Digital Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Product and marketplace terms may provide additional conditions.

Governing law and disputes

The project information available for this website does not establish a business jurisdiction or a governing-law choice, so this document does not select one or name a dispute forum. This section requires review by a qualified lawyer familiar with the operator's location and the locations where products are offered.

For product or support questions, use the support ticket feature or contact WD Digital Studio through the marketplace or official social profiles linked on the website. These terms may be revised when the site or products change. The updated date above identifies the latest editorial revision; it does not replace any notice or consent required by law.
